There are two different ways to physically get to the Statue of Liberty, or Replique de la Statue de la Liberte. You can take a river cruise and go by the iconic figure but to stand at her feet there you need to take the Pont de Grenelle which is the closest bridge to get there or the longer and more scenic way is to start at the Pont de Bir-Hakeim and walk the long man made Allee des Cyges Island. Beautiful views of the left and right banks of the Seine and a lovely long strolling alley that makes for a very quiet and peaceful walk.
